Originally focused solely on the California healthcare industry, AES Construction has used its efficiency model to move into the general commercial market.  Work involves all phases of construction management including submittals, schedule monitoring, and infectious control. Demolition and remodel, structural upgrades, and medical gases installation are preformed on-time and on-budget. AES Construction has completed projects in most major local hospitals including UCSF, California Pacific Medical Center, Stanford University Medical Center, Queen of the Valley Medical Center, and Alameda County Medical Center. Since 2006 we have completed 6 site locations in 4 states for Green Beans Coffee Company.  We are equal in both general contractor and construction management functions.
